Hello!I just wanted to say how much I absolutely love the Sanctuary Estates - Institute mod. It's truly a beautiful and well-done redesign of Sanctuary Hills, and it brings such a great atmosphere to the settlement!However, I was wondering if there's any chance of a version with clean windows? The dirty windows kind of stand out compared to the overall pristine look of the Institute, and it detracts from the immersive feel.Also, I noticed a small issue near the gates of the building on the left side – two sofas are positioned in the wrong direction, and NPCs seem to have trouble sitting on them as a result. It would be awesome if this could be fixed!Lastly, there’s a broken mirror on the second floor of the house next to the monument. While I understand the idea behind it, it feels a bit out of place considering the lore of the Institute. I think it could be replaced with something more fitting.Overall, though, I love this mod and what you’ve done with it! It’s truly amazing work, and I just wanted to offer some suggestions to make it even better. Thanks so much for your efforts!
I like this mod a lot, and Sanctuary Hills is amazing now but there's strange things going on every time I return there. All of the settlers will be spawned in the middle of the street (normally where Carla stands) and then they usually wandered off after a few minutes, except for this synth NPC named "Alex" who just stands in the street.\ even if you assign him somewhere.
it's normal that since I installed this mod the institute and totally bugged there are plenty of synthetique called alexi and alexa and there is no more wall?
That is very weird Vortex, never heard of that one ... try and play with your loadorder a bit and let me know if it still happens ... I might just remove the npc's as not many people like em :)

I've used this fantastic mod several times and have been quite happy with it. I'm starting a new playthrough with a different flavor and deleted the mod. When I got to Sanctuary, the Institute buildings were still there, clipping with the vanilla Sanctuary homes as well as the buildings of the new mod I'm using. I am not a computer or game expert. How can I get rid of the Institute Sanctuary buildings if the mod was already deleted?
