I uploaded the version where it is safe to store Personal Items. This is still my attempt but I think we got a lot of little hiccups fixed. If you do find any more, please let me know. I do not expect to be updating this further past needed fixes or if I learn something new. Instead, I plan on moving on to my next project.
Thank you so much for sharing this mod, it almost looks like a flat for Hancock. It is one of the best - the most cozy and stylish homes, definitely. I'm one of those who realized that settlements really doesn't bring anything interesting to my gameplay and so I really was missing all those nice homes from Skyrim modders.

I just have to say this is my favorite player home yet! The little balcony is just soooo cute!! What I'd love is if you could make this a fast travel location so I can immediately go into the apartment and I also noticed there is no workshop. I want to add a bed for dogmeat but unfortunately workshop isnt available :( . Could you please add it in?

I love mods like this. A friend pointed it out to me and think you did a great job on it!
EDIT: Had to come back to say this home is extremely well done. Light switches for all parts of the home to enable/disable the lights, flickering heat light at the stove (that works), sink, shower with activated water from shower head, very lore friendly, well laid out, nicely navemeshed, and somehow, for the wasteland, very cozy and comfortable. I just went all through it and was very impressed. Totally keeping this little gem. Although I might see if I can figure out how to rename it when you enter the door to something like "Daisy's Goodneighbor Rental" or something more general. For now I assume the unfortunate Val is no longer around to use it and Daisy is renting it out.

dude, this is really neat - the only thing what would be nice is an entrance somewhere "down" @ daisys, maybe an "elevator" ? And some "stylish balcony furnitures", not the common ones
If it's your first mod ever then you trully can be proud of it ! The bedroom part is absolutely perfect, I use a lot of amazing player home mods but I must say yours has an atmosphere I've been looking for a long time and couldn't really find. I hope you'll have fun with your next projects, may the Gods of modding smile upon you !

You're welcome, I know it's not easy for a beginner to deal with big and established communities like the Nexus one. And since I don't want my previous posts to sound like vile flattery, here is some insight about what I like (and don't) with your mod :^P :
a) The lighting is really great, especially in the bedroom part. I personally enjoy places with a lot of lighting effects since it usually makes the atmosphere much more realisitic and immersive. It may seem a detail compared with other elements but that's something you're good at and should capitalize on.
b) The way you organized the appartment looks quite practical and makes sense in a post-apo universe. Passing through the bathroom to reach the patio is a bit weird but nothing terrible here. ^_^
c) The amount of decorations and furnitures is well balanced, it looks neither a deserted place nor an overfilled storage room. Both are interresting and relevant in their own way but I think you put the right amount of stuff considering the overall theme of your mod.
d) I know it's a lot of additional work but you should consider the possibility of navmesh/workshop in your next mods since a lot of people like to add their personal touch or bring companions with them. As an example I use CWSS so I'm always happy when I can replace the vanilla toilets by the ones from the mod *akward silence*
Those were some ideas and examples, but never forget the golden rule : if you're not having fun while creating your stuff, you're doing it wrong. You're modding for your own pleasure first and foremost so don't take criticism and moaning as words of god you should adapt to.

Definitely interested in this mod. Not sure if I'll use it as I LOVE making settlements into my own personal homes XD I normally just stick with Red Rocket right next to Sanctuary, or Hangman's Alley. Looks really cosy and welcoming, not to mention lore friendly. Is that a rooftop Greenhouse, or is that Image #4?
Thank you! It is actually the 2nd story is that has the bedroom and restroom. I wanted to take advantage of the height and environmental light but was unable to find a good replacement for the actual roofing. So the greenhouse walls and roof just seemed fitting for the feel I wanted for myself.
Am I correct that this place is in Goodneighbor? It looks great so far! Once you fix the personal storage issues, I'll gladly include this into my game!
