   Is there any way to make the bars (eg: Health Bar, Action Points Bar, Critical Hit Chance Bar, Enemy Health Bar, XP Bar, etc) segmented like in Fallout 3/New Vegas?

      Well, the Fallout 4 New Vegas team are working on a complete remake of the Fallout 3/New Vegas HUD so that would probably satisfy you more than anything i can make, this is just a simple DEF_UI preset.

   please make this work with power armor it looks sweet!!!! Also im assuming rads will show up in the same spot?

      As far as i'm aware, you can't edit the power armor HUD yet. Or no one has found a method for doing it yet.
