    ATTENTION:

*this mod is primarily for XBOX and PS4 users due to its simple nature of value edits and loot.* If you are looking for a more advanced experience there are many survival mods that exist today. **

I made this mod because this is how I want to play. Please do not compare my mod to other mods or complain. Positive and Constructive feedback is very appreciated. Thank you!

*This mod is compatible with other modded guns and armor - However the weapons you bring into the game may not hold up to the same value system as the overhauled weapons*
    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

There is a persisting bug that may occur during your play-through at some point. This bug causes the game to divert back to original HP values causing NPC's to have huge amounts of HP and become Sponges. eww.

How to fix: If this occurs all you need to do is the following. - 1. Revert to a previous save before the Bug was realized. - 2. Save the Game. - 3. Close the game and disable BRO. - 4. Resume your game at the previous save. - 5. Travel to a new location or enter a building. - 6. Finally Save your game and then Re-Enable BRO.

Everything should be fixed. Sorry for the inconvenience if this happens to you. Working on this bug for some time. Not sure as to why it happens.

I hope, it is not too late to write anything here. I enjoyed the mod, but there is a bit more that could be changed.

1: for some reason, power armor modification values don't make any sense. For example, t-45 power armor has 130k resistance to energy weapons, but mods have basic values and add only 20-30 additional points.

2: x-01 power armor has only 30k energy resistance, while t-45 has 130k. Seems counterintuitive, but, if it is according to the lore, I do not mind.

3: BoS vertibirds do little damage to any living being.

    4. Cars have basic hp points. Thus, it is easy to blow them up with a single shot.

    5. Grenades and flamethrowers seem a bit too op. I get instakilled after 1 grenade or 0.1 seconds of flame even if I wear power armor. (I play survival mode btw)

Is there any chance you will add patches for the creation club weaponry? I love the Tunnel Snakes in particular, so it’s unfortunate that the classic 10mm pistol does standard damage.

The armour is extremely unfun, once you get some armour, you become immune to all dogs and mutant hounds.

I know this might be a shot in the dark, but is there any way you could bring out a stripped version of this mod that just modifies the damage values of all the weapons and armor for base game and DLCs? I love the thought of the mod but I'm hesitant about starting my game all over again because I know there's mods that won't or probably won't be compatible with it, or just kind of break the immersion of other mods, like Zombie Walkers. I'm trying to make my game as real as possible with as little mods as possible, but unfortunately I don't have a computer to make my own mods with, and sadly there isn't a way to make mods on console without the use of a computer.

I love the damage values. In fact, so much so that I'm dying to install this mod, but only for the sake of the damage/armor values. Literally everything else I don't want or know it'll conflict with mods I already have, like loot reductions. I would show my mod list but the last 10 mods are really experimental at the moment, and I can't guarantee they're going to remain in my load order, but I know they're compatible with each other.

All I'm asking is if it's possible to strip just those two features from this mod and make them separate, for those just wanting the damage and armor/power armor values, but if it's too much hassle, not possible, or just don't want to bother with it, that's fine, I'll continue my search for another week (going on three), and hope I come across something, but I'll definitely be keeping an eye on this mod for future reference in case I feel like just deleting everything and starting all over again from scratch. My problem is just so many mods out there boast the phrase "realistic guns, armor, damage, bullets" or something, and when I check it out, it barely changes anything or doesn't adjust all the weapons, or just flat out forgets that theirs a melee weapon system in this game, so we have guns doing all sorts of high damage, but melee weapons are literally scrap. I understand guns are strong, but melee weapons are just as strong if not better in the right hands.

Example, shoot someone in the arm, they're gonna live or bleed out, depending on the gun used... (We'll say the common starting 10mm pistol), or if it's say, I don't know, a .50 caliber sniper rifle, that arm is gone. Whereas a melee weapon, we'll start blunt, will cripple/break or just flat out bruise the arm really bad. A bladed weapon could very well sever the arm completely off and the person will almost guranteed bleed out and die.
Chest? Bleed out or die. Leg? Crippled, bleed out or die. Head? Dead, once again depending on the weapon; blunt might take a couple hits. Bladed would either stab or decapitate. Gun? Depending on gun and caliber, will completely cripple the target or kill them, there is no in-between.

But either way, I'm just trying to find a good realism mod for weapon damages across all DLCs and especially ALL weapons, not just a select handful, and from what I've seen from the few videos I've found about this mod, B.R.O. is literally almost perfect, aside from DLC weapons seeming to be unchanged, and all the faction and loot changes (which I don't mind the loot changes as much, but I don't believe I should be able to find stim packs in EVERY bathroom mirror I come across.) Again, just wanting immense realism, and to get so immersed I forget to pee for 16 consecutive hours... Lmao.

Great mod definitely one of my favorites, if you could add support for modded weapons and armors that would be great.

Feedback: Would it be fun if the entire gunners faction use the "do not trespass" behaviour in your mod? The vanilla mercenaries from Parsons State Insane Asylum do not attack unless the player trespass, the same goes to gunners at Mass Bay Medical Center.
