How to install:
Add with a Mod Manager of your choice (recommended)
or drop the ESP in your Fallout 4\Data folder.
A little helpful info:
You'll need a key from Virgil's Lab to get into the new area. This place is extremely difficult, so I suggest leveling up as much as possible before attempting it.
