    Hello all,

Some users, including myself, have had issues with my radio mods where they will go irreversibly silent. Figuring out the 'silent radio' bug is more work than I am able to commit to these days. If a more experienced modder would like to pick up these mods (Squawkbox, Battlebox, and Chatterbox) I will happily provide the source files and documentation. I'm sure someone more familiar with creation kit scripting could work these mods better.

    Happy Hunting!

Your mod is on the same station as the Kmart radio station, and that is a must have. Is there ANY way to put it on another station? I love both of them, just not at once. Currently the exterior channel and the Kmart station play at the same time. It is intense, but chaotic. <3 Any suggestions for fixes?

I don't want to be disrespectful or something but is your mod something like this one?

No, but it is similar and that looks like a great mod.

My mod adds a radio station that can be played on your pip boy or in settlements. That radio station plays ambient conversation tracks, similar to Yoshubi's- but this ambience can be placed where you want, namely your settlements. Also, you can turn the radios off.

They look like they would work well together though

I like the idea better than the execution. The transitions are too abrupt and noticeable. You can use a brief overlap to fix that, maybe some reverb too. Also, if you want to pursue this any further, you should try outside marketplaces. I would love to hear some chatter in diamond city since that one ambiance mod never works right. Just a thought.

Absolutely- my next step is fixing that awful transition. I'm looking for a way to do it for the PS4 folks, since the PC crowd is going to get a larger mod with better audio files in the near future. PS4 can't download archives though, so they're stuck with the audio files bethesda left them. Unless you know a better way around?

Ambience mods for outdoor market, indoor market, ATC radio chatter, distant gunfire, etc are some of the ones I've got coming down the pipe. This mod here is really a proof of concept.

holy cow- I was just thinking FO4 needed something like Skyrim's "Sounds of Civilization" for big settlements. Great work! endorsed
