I've been doing a playthrough with (a slightly changed version of) a mod that turns the General Atomics Galleria into a settlement, and this mod is an absolute lifesaver because I can now actually replace all of the vendors around the galleria with my own robots (so I don't have to hear the director yap over the speakers)
I'm surprised to see that this is the only mod of its kind around here. I found some posts from ages ago saying that robots are intended to be able to be vendors but clearly that never actually worked out, so it's good that at least one person took the time to fix yet another one of Bethesda's mistakes.
It's working for me. I have noticed however, that the robots don't give their vendor dialogue when outside of work hours, which is likely intended. Work hours are something like 9AM to 7 or 8PM.
I've recently made Red Rocket into a massive trading post operated by robots, and with this mod installed I can't seem to get them to stand at their posts. The first one I made, Medic, will stand at the doctor booth and sometimes works. The rest either wander around and don't work or wander around and sorta work. Any help?
Same thing here, worked for some small time, then robots just went full machine rebellion and just laze around wandering off or just having standard dialogues again refusing to work, guess Railroad got them
Hey there. Love the idea of this mod however it doesn't seem to be working for me. Assigned robots have no dialogue at all when I try to talk to them and unassigned ones default back to the vanilla speech as expected. It's also possible (and I stress possible - I added this mod at the same time as some retextures for the Far Harbor marine armor and it was only after this that the problems started) that this mod is causing random freezes. It's also possible that my PC is crapping out and not handling the textures.
Is there any possibility that a recent update or mod conflict would break this mod to give assigned robot vendors no dialogue at all? If it helps my mod list can be found here: https://pastebin.com/EwJ9gWyB

Wouldn't THE WHOLE POINT of having robot vendors be that they're always open, always available?
I assumed this was copying Fallout '76 but clearly not.
Been only 4 years, so....
