Editing the textures more to your liking? There are two critical things to do before you can open the textures in Photoshop: 1) Make sure to unpack the Ba2 files with the official Archive2 Tool. It should be in *steam*/Fallout4/tools/Archive2/Archive2.exe. The textures of this mod are packed with high quality BC7 compression, which the community BAE tool can't unpack correctly. 2) You may also need to update to the latest version of the intel textureworks plugin for photoshop: https://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/intel-texture-works-plugin

Duster not equipping? Using a pip-boy replacement mod? You may need to update it or use its MCM to change it's slot usage. The Duster in this mod requires the 61[FX] slot because that's one of the few equip slots that has a first person flag.
Bit of a minor nitpick, but the mask apparently doesn't count as a face covering when interacting with Start Me Up; I noticed this when I still was receiving the charisma penalty for the Unsightly trait. Is there any tweak that can be made for this?
If like me your duster can't be put on, you have something taking the slot. In my case it was the Pip Boy 2000 mod (its slot can be changed via the MCM menu).
I really think it would be easier if you just stuck all the textures here and then plastered the modpage with patreon or kofi links or setup the nxusmods integrated donation options
You have to put 0.99 as the price, then add it to the cart. In the cart, there is a spot to enter discount codes, that is where you type "cross99off" and it will let you download it for free. Also make sure to type your email and put 0 in for the tip.
Really great mod, however if you want the skins to the mod without them being low-res you need to pay 1,50$ wich as an european is kinda hard, i thought about it for some time and decided that i wouldn't be spendning money on a otherwise FREE mod. 9/10 mod would recomend if you are cool with just the default skin
the full textures definitely deserve money but I cannot endorse someone selling mods. I'm not sure if its against Bethesdas TOS but it just seems lame to me. Great mod regardless.

This mod is feature complete from the Nexus download, it's mechanics are fully functional. However I have also made available a 'skin pack' through Gumroad for free at gumroad.com/niero
