this is a QUICK fix for anyone with ultrawide resolution to fix the scope textures

this is my first time doing anything like this, let me know if you like this! it was much easier than i imagined.
- Place scopemenu.swf in the "/Fallout4/Data/Interface/" directory, create it if needed
- Locate your Fallout4.ini file located in "\Users\[YourProfile]\Documents\My Games\Fallout4\"
- Search in this config file for sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\
- change this line by adding , interface\
- the line should look like this "sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, interface\" (without quotations)
note: if you have other modifications installed this line could look slightly different, for instance,
i have more than one folder in my /data/ directory, so my line looks like this
"sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, interface\, Textures\"
