Utilized in games both with and without weapon mods. Distribution of attachments found on all weapons, even modded ones. Different sights, ammo, grips, appearances, and receivers found. Distribution satisfactory.
Not sure. You can test it by installing and checking if the Beam Condenser, as well as the weapons mods that Cut Weapon Mods Restored, are all available to build at the weapons workbench. If they are, then most likely they will work fine together. However, the weapon mods from Cut Weapon Mods Restored will not be randomly in the Commonwealth on NPC weapons unless that mod does that itself.
I can tell you that at least the earlier iteration of this mod (then called Randomized Weapon Attachments) does, in fact, get along splendidly with Any Mod Any Weapon. That's pretty impressive given how old that mod is.
I recently tried to pull in some leather greaves for companions via console. They were randomized, as best I could tell, between Light, Sturdy, and Tough for the type in question. I was wondering if your attachment randomization might have had anything to do with it. (This isn't a complaint; more idle curiosity.)
Yeah you have to set it up right. I keep WOTC turned off for the Commonwealth and only use it for Far Harbor anyways. That's why I have it. Endless warfare just does a better job with evening out the spawns and keeping them constant, so it's more immersive. I originally only used WOTC and yeah, no CTD with the right settings.
