I made this to gain support for Tikal the Echidna as a playable character in the mobile game Sonic Forces: Speed Battle. It replaces the Constitution painting from the Home Decor Workshop (Creation Club content). I made the artwork myself using typography (view it here: https://sonic65101.deviantart.com/art/Tikal-the-Echidna-Typography-593029755). To install manually, merge the Data folder with the Data folder in Fallout 4's installation directory.
