      I had a different mod altering Sanctuary. Installed this one, uninstalled the other one but it left the changes it made to the original files. So i got a really clean Sanctuary as long as i didn't look up to the floating roofs and chimneys ... :D
      
      Depends on the mods i think. Might want to make a save or two and try it out.

      I may do this, Nexus NMM 65.2 seems to not allow you to change the load order of mods when you have an ESL

      does not have to be specifically esl, just espl so that it does not count into your plugin amount and at the same time will respect load order on where you put it

   Did you also increase the nav for settler sandboxing? Or with settlers still only use the old build area?

      You just need to load it last after its installed.
      
      LOAD ORDER is most important as it should load last or as close to last as possible.

   Love the landscaping but the loot in the box is waaaay overpowered. Is there perchance a possibility that you can release a file without all that nuclear material and antiseptic etc?

    Just a question when should this mod be applied?
    As for me there is still half the houses appearing atm.
