Hello all, I'm back with new video card and going to be working on fix this mod a bit more. Still wanting too work on it, but should be better for me to work on it. Yes I'm playing 76 beta and will play it when it comes out, but not abandon this project!!!

Sorry everyone been busy life been busy, I'm working on the next update still. Just having to change diet and stuff. Like mostly cut off soda drinking lots more water and veggies plus I'm easily distracted. Those are the reason for delays, so please forgive me for being late on this.
Next update being worked on, final touches too the first building (outside of it). Which will feature a dish that when powered up will give a perk. (secret don't tell anyone!) Perk is a plus one too perception and is a rank 1 version. Will add other ranks too it later on. Next thing is will be a container that will have special note that give recipe for flamer fuel. Also R3 will have a hint too a cache of loot.
Working on next update, first building will be more finished and some interaction with R3 though computer upstairs.
Option for cleaning place up with R3's help. Lighting system now installed, hurray! Workshop fully working, just need least another fusebox then good to go and a few things removed.
first floor finished and second and third floors being worked on, then will come nasvmesh too allow npcs to move around and become follower friendly. Then rewards for clearing the place out making it safe. Then will work on making it able to become a player home.
