This mod is about a company called Untouched Depths Corp or UDC for short. A Oil company trying to make new oil based fuels, can you find all the secrets of this company?

This mod is about a company called Untouched Depths Corp or UDC for short.
UDC a oil company working on new kind of fuels as Oil is drying up, maybe rumors they had one or two military contracts but nothing but rumors I'm sure.
Features of the mod so far: One new location, entrance is in concord (no map-marker as of yet. Place is now navmeshed, completed visual, lights can be turned on and now usable as a player home with workshop mode working!
Entrance Screen shot added for first location.
Future plans: some special loot. (Basic but can get some upgrades later on) New npc R3 a computer with a brain inside of it, will ask you for help in fixing the place up. (these will be in form of small quests)
Upgrades will be added later on will add special perks for the player (example: radar up link, adds 1 Perception)
R3 planned on getting a remote controlled body so new companion. (thinking gen two synth)
More stuff based around the company as well, more locations to explore and lore. (this mod is not lore friendy!!!)
