Something I've noticed in a lot of comments for the Gundam Weapons 500slr has wonderfully recreated, is the caliber of ammunition used. The original calibers, for example, the 180mm used on this rifled cannon, are numbers based on the original weapons, designed and built to be used by a Mobile Suit, an armored combat walker that stands, on average, 16-18 meters tall. This does not mean that, when implemented by anyone willing to convert these beautiful models into actual weapons, they will retain their original caliber. I will again use this 180mm as an example. Scaled down to a size intended for... say... Power Armor use, this weapon should not have more than a 40mm Cartridge, which, even that is rather excessive for Fallout 4. (Ideal size would be something like the 30mm used in the GAU-8 or 37mm which is a late WW1/early WW2 tank shell.)
It is the scale model of that weapon and based off of it, best to call it what it is meant to be to help understand and remove confusion so the reference is better understood. Is is THE 180mm gun used in Mobile Gundam
The MAAWS (also known as the Carl Gustaf) is 84mm and a recoilless rifle that can be used by 1 person although it also usually uses a loader that makes sure the backblast area is safe. But those are usually lumped in with "rocket launchers" despite it shooting a legit rifled grenade.
But yeah, this rifle looks more like it would fit nicely as something between the 14mm BOYS or the 20mm Type 97 from WW2.
You are aware that a 180mm gun is bigger than a tank gun. The US M-1 Abrams has a 120 mm gun. The Russian WW-2 tank KV-2 only had a 150MM Gun. The US Paladin self-propelled Arty has a 155mm gun.

in my opinion this would made a perfect caliber 25mm :))

or why not turning it into a 88mm machine gun like the cannon in modern firearms pack

Based on the model though, 14.5mm, 20mm, or 25mm would be reasonable.
The model looks good though, but reload animations for it will have to be custom made because of the top mounted magazine.

That's actually what 180mm is...
