Will I be missing anything without those add-ons? I highly doubt the driveable boat and motorcycle is necessary for the building itself (just a nice touch of immersion, I imagine with the layout), but do the other two mods do anything that I may otherwise not see in the ideal build of this City Plan?

I know it was asked awhile back but the plan relies on Sim settlements for the most part. The plots need the Sim settlements add-on so they actually work. As for needing both listed, not really, in a sense. You can get the 3 in 1 that is listed on the same page for Sim Settlements. The 3 in 1 basically just combines all the sim settlement main stuff into 1 pack. The reason there is separate ones is because some people don't want all the extra stuff. I would read that mods description as it details more info so you can decide what you want in the end.

Version 3.0 has been delayed due to my status as an essential worker. I am still working on it, but am only able to put in about an hour a week to the plan. I'm sorry everyone. I'll do my best to stay safe so I can eventually complete the plan for you all. Stay safe everyone!

Version 3.0 is on the way. ETA mid to late January 2020. It's a complete rebuild and WILL REQUIRE specific mods.

I am super looking forward to this!

Your city plan is the best one available for this location and one of the best city plans I've seen in general. It is a bit wonky on the early levels but level 3 makes up for it.
I really like your vision. The castle makes sense thematically and practically. It becomes a functional settlement without loosing its militaristic feel. So I am super stoked to read you are planning an update :)

      Awsome work man

The Good: The level 3 version looks and feels simply AMAZING. The aesthetic, the placement, the use of rocks and buildings. Everything just works extremely well, and it's a massive step up from the very fugly looking vanilla city plan. A LOT of detail went into this, and it shows.

    The Bad:
    * During the lower levels, a lot of things simply do not spawn correctly, or spawn in the air.
    * This is pre-conquest, so no 3x3 plot spaces.
    * No player house and workshop
    * Surrounded by water, and not one single water pump?
    * Word for the wise: NEVER use wasteland workshop power doors in your city plan. Why? Because of the way city plans handle power connections, they simply do not work. Unfortunately this means you will need to gut out a few doors and replace them with manual ones.
    * Is the interior supposed to have non-plot beds? Due to a bug in Sim Settlements at the time of writing this, beds do not spawn correctly.

All in all, I would definitely use this if it was a straight up Transfer Settlement Blueprint, but as a city plan I don't think I'll use the 2.0 version of this.

Hey everyone, I fully intend to fix the reported problems but as of now I am still working on my house to fix the flood damage and working outdoors to hopefully prevent future damage. I am sorry that there are delays but its rather important to fix the house before it starts to fall apart on me.

At lvl 1 the wood floor still hasn't appeared so everything in the main castle building is floating above the original floor. In the radio building there a few objects are floating off the wall so I going to assume there is suppose to be a shelf there, city refreash doesn't seem to fix the issue. I'll edit this post when the plan updates to lvl 2 and 3 just in case there are another issues at those build levels.

I had the same issue. The floor did show up at level 2 for me. But I had to file a bug due to CTDs during city refresh.
