Buildable Minigun Emplacements added to defense category, *AND* ~35 Enemy Spawns placed throughout the Commonwealth and in interiors.
Note: If anyone wants to take on the task of placing more in and about the world/interiors, let me know...probably could use some more.
Note #2: An NPC spawns ("Is Hired") to man them after built and can have their outfits changed, but regular settlers cannot use them.
...I could have made them available for settlers to use, but I honestly and completely just lost the interest in doing that part (or, really, anything else with them), so it probably won't happen.
