How would they get it though, I would do it but I don't know how to access the game files for everything in War Thunder much less port them over to the geck
difficulty isnt the issue. ripping assets and reposting them isn't legal. if you want that kinda of thing you wont find it in nexus mods, because it will get taken down.
Can you make regular sized Giddy Up Buttercups that walk around your settlement like a cat or a dog and provide happiness?
Essentially working versions of the toy, it would be great if you made it at the robotics workbench and had to have completed Arlen Glass' quest but it should at least require robotics expert, all the horse parts, circuitry and some copper.
excuse ME.. but this isn't a cartoon show discussion people are supposed to be discussing mods, ie, - what the heck are they for? - is it a companion? - or an assignable settler to a guardpost...
Excuse you indeed. Ask nicely and folks will answer faster. These are automotrons with new body parts. You do with them everything else you would do with a built robot on your settlement. Check out the video on the main page; it shows them being built and answers most questions.
Just a heads-up on the iffy historical reference currently on the description page. It wrongly implies there was ever a Tiger tank made by Porsche. This is a common misconception. Though Porsche submitted a design it was very different, and the only Tiger I tanks built were a design by Henschel & Sons (using turret designs by Krupps). The mistake is made because the Tiger nickname was coined by Porsche, who had been so confident their design would win that they went ahead and built 100 chassis of their design. After they didn't get the contract they converted 91 of these chassis via their related "Panzerjager Tiger P" tank destroyer design, but they were built as the "Ferdinand" and later renamed "Elefant". And they never had Tiger tank-looking hulls as suggested by this mod (nor did they end up having any turret at all).
Porsche's Tiger tank design wasn't accepted due to a fancy petrol-electric engine and shortage of copper needed for it. Elefants went on to be tops in kill-ratio, but plagued by shortcomings - its 70-tons greatly restricted deployment and to recover one required 5 tank towing units.
Just a heads up, when I used this mod and built a tank, it broke the robot workbench. Parts were mismatched, everything was jumbled. The special, head, and arm slots had nothing and were inaccessible after making a tank. I noticed that tank parts were in strange places(heads in the legs for example).
I used the eyebot mod's workbench fix and that got the robot workbench back to normal. I did not have eyebot active at the time, so there was no possibility of conflict.
hopefully you didnt abandon this mod, and it can be repaired, the tanks are a cool idea(would prefer they dont float though). I am certain that the only issue is parts not being placed in the correct catagory, and that might be why the tanks float around too(like as if it was the assaultrons body).

you'd need some pretty insane animations , much harder then cars , and would not be worth the effort either.

yeesh... I can't believe this
