I use Loading Screen Quotes. (It's as close as Peter Dinklage will likely ever get to the Commonwealth!) If this mod's chaos was added to the loading screen verbiage already present, I might try it out, but as it stands I just can't.
Loading Screen Quotes is pretty cool. So you're saying that if there were a mod that was part Loading Screen Quotes and part Snark-O-Load, that would be ideal?
Not gonna lie, this is one of my most favorite mods. Wish there was something like this in Skyrim. With this mod in my load order, I don't mind loading screens at all. Even get a little bummed out when my load time goes by too fast.
Thank you. As jenwig pointed out, there is a mod or two like this in Skyrim. I don't know if I'll ever have time to do my own Skyrim version, but it would be fun to do.
Aaaahhhh I had the idea to do basically this a couple of years ago but then the plugin I made was mysteriously deleted from my computer halfway through and I gave up out of frustration lmao
No, but I can consider making one, if I ever spend more time on this. It'll be quite a while, if ever, because I have a lot going on. I do eventually want to update it, as I've found a few typos and some of the entries aren't as funny as I first thought they were. :-P
Right would it be asshole thing to ask, if there would be instructions how to have all but one dlc snarky comments enabled... by any chance is there simple file i could disable... See I have all but the Contraption DLC and aint got dosh cash money to buy it, and rather not stoop low as to get uh... Liberated Copy of Fallout 4 just to get the dlc and mod working, catch my drift?
Now i havent been able to test the mod of yours due to this issue but the pictures look on the point and funny, so Im going to be forward and say thanks for the mod anyway if there isnt nothing to be done.
I'm actually wondering if it would work without any specific DLC. I'm thinking since all it does is replace loading screen text, if the DLC is missing, there's nothing to replace.
If you're feeling adventurous, go ahead and use this mod and let me know if it still works.
If not, then yes, I will consider making versions for specific DLC. :-)
Bringing that slight comedic feel back to fallout, i love it! p.s, "Eating food in a survival situation is always a good tactic, until you run out of food.....you fat twat." "Long ago when the institute first created the synths, it was mainly because they were all horny MIT nerds that got into college early because they had a higher than average GPA score." "Many people in the commonwealth view the institute as the "Boogeyman" due to the fact that their parents never told them that he doesn't exist." "Originally "The Commonwealth of Massachusetts," the state became known only as "The Commonwealth" because people were either too lazy or couldn't spell Massachusetts." "Nuka-Cola, the most popular American drink before the war, manufactured so many bottles that people can still get diabetes to this day!"
