in the description of lethal head shot english version, it states that it will multiply damage to body parts by 100. does this mean i can kill by shooting the hand in one shot? Or is this just the head?
No, the body part thing is related to those who have been affected: the damage dealt to the body parts concerned by the mod are multiplied by 100. So yeah, it only affects the head.
Works :) Other headshot mods either need DLC not specified in their descriptions or simply don't work at all. Glad this one works and is advertised correctly.
No, because the multiplier is a flat number, it doesn't take account of any parameter. While military helmets can diminish the damages, it will only because they give some armor, and armor diminish damages you take.
Very cool idea (especially the fusion core addition). Any chance we can get an ESL version for those of us who are mod-junkies approaching our ESP limit?

Wouldn't helmets negate some of the damage? Especially military helmets? (IE: Gunners)
