Just like civilian synths, hostile synths now have an appearance so they blend in with other wastelanders.
Randomised appearance when you encounter a synth. It might look like a Wastelander but when you shot you'll notice the difference. Some hostile synths will appear as they did in the unmodded game but most will have new additions.
