Can I use this with a weather-compatible winter mod such as seasons

The images made me shiver. Going to give it a try.

I hope that dynamic seasons will be a thing in future Beth games. Also (kind of irrelevant), I'd love to see much larger worlds in real-time.

How do I get the snow effects displayed on the thumbnails? I followed all the instructions and it's still not popping up.

I have been informed that the shaders supplied are 'old' and that using 'Reshade v 4.6.1 will throw errors.

You can use an earlier version of ReShade just fine - do it all the time.

Ok so everything is working, however in the Reshade menu when i press the + in the top right I type in "Reshade" (no quotations) and nothing happens, and i can't find any "continue" button in the Reshade menu. Thanks for any help

Seems to be a problem with the format of the Reshade.ini file, (the step where he tells you to type "Reshade"). It looks different from the default file in the text editor, guessing they might have updated the syntax.

Edit: Seems that Reshade itself stores configurations in a file called "Reshade.ini", and updates it continously. The fix for me was to rename the "Reshade.ini" from the zip file to something else.

Call me crazy but if the Adaptive Fog is what causes the visual glitch, and it's unneeded enough it can be disabled, why not just have people not install that specific effect? Is that required in some way that I'm not aware of?

I would recommend a different mod, namely the Seasons Overhaul [Winter]. This just kind paints things white. I like that it gives the feel of an intense winter, but it doesn't make sense for the interior of a building to be white, ya know?

I use Seasons and completely agree. It's too white. There are no natural colours blended-in, to bring a little balance to the palette.

Guess that is what they were going for, though. Each to their own, and all that lol.

That's the Winter Overhaul, not necessarily the REShade.
