This is a great idea, thank you 'very' much for sharing your work/mod.
I didn't see it posted anywhere, but I learned you must start a new game before activating this mod, or you'll get a CTD guaranteed. It makes sense of course, but I didn't really think about it until I tested it in the middle of a game.
For your reference: Various saves after coming out of Vault 111 caused consistent CTDs. Once I loaded an old save 'before coming out of vault 111', no problem whatsoever. Other than that, it works great.
Thanks for this! Quite honestly, I usually just leave the dog and human laying there...I don't even take the drifter outfit from the dead man because then you have a half naked (or fully naked depending on mods lol) dude laying there for the entirety of your playthrough. Plus, you tend to spend a lot of time in Sanctuary so you see him laying there often enough.
But this is nice, it adds a tiny but immersive encounter very early in the game that actually makes sense.
Then do that, why bother commenting? Some people play on Survival and can't access console commands. Some people don't like using console commands during their play-through. Some people just like killing dogs.
I thought this mod was going to be more upbeat about the poor doggy or something cracked up when i read the description about now you can kill it and get rid of the body

Thanks again.
That version disables the dog, man, tire iron, and blood splatter. It should not conflict with anything and should be able to be loaded at any time.
Well done.

Finally immersive way to get rid of this dog, and no console commands for me, I hate to use console when I play, I feel like cheating, so thanks!
