An Institute player home, discretely nestled in an abandoned building within Hangman's Alley. Lightly furnished for easy transfer.

Blueprint Description
This is a relatively unfurnished blueprint for an Institute-style player home/hideout. It's meant to have space for everything an Institute PC would want without having to return to the actual Institute, but is located in close proximity regardless. It requires a specific mod, mentioned below, to function as this mod hollows out the structure for use. I wanted my PC to have all the comforts of the Institute, but in a nice, relatively discrete above-ground location in a central part of the map.
The house includes some reinforced doors to a garage and workshop on the first floor, player apartment (with bed, shower, kitchen) and computer monitoring room on the second floor, a couple small bed rooms on the third, and the top floor is meant to have the teleporter with some scientific field equipment. Note that there is a concrete bunker with turrets by one entrance, and both entrances to the alley have turrets on metal balconies with direct line of sight towards their entrances.
I kept it mostly unfurnished for two reasons:
1. I'm becoming a little bored of F4, and am playing less. I don't intend to finish this settlement or playthrough. In the event I return to F4, this page serves as a backup of this time consuming settlement skeleton build.
2. Furnishing settlements is hugely subjective and requires a lot of plugins. The fewer the plugins, the easier to share among people.

Armor and Weapon Keywords Community Resource (AWKCR): I actually forgot to delete the AWKCR benches in the workshop. Only reason this is needed.

HANGMAN'S ALLEY INTERIOR APARTMENTS: Necessary for the correct building to be open for use. SELECT THE BETA V3 FILE, V2 WILL NOT BE THE SAME.
