I present to you, my newest Vault 88 build! Made with just the vault dlc and no mods at all it is compatible with just about everyone and everything! 

Included are beds for up to 12 settlers in their own private rooms! That is including 2, yes 2 family rooms with 3 beds each!

Do you want more room for settlers? Then build some more beds inside the rooms, or a whole new residential floor! There is so much space left!

A diner is included (no shop as I don't yet have the perk to build shops atm, may update this later when I do. You can also build one yourself if you have the perk.)

A farm area with just about every single bit of food you can shake a stick at!

A lavatory! With toilets in their own stalls! Yes! In their own stalls! (they may or may not be in there depending if I used mod added loos or the vault added ones. My build menu is kinda fudged at the moment and I can't even find paintings atm. If they aren't there, should be real easy to add in your own)

A Overseer/player office away from everybody else for your own sleeping and working pleasure if you wish!

Almost excessive lightening! Because some lights just aren't good enough, that you need way more!

No work benches included in the current build atm, as I was running out of space, and you may want to put them wherever you please yourself.
Might do a version with them built in however. 

A room with a barber and computers for your settlers to entertain themselves and get a hair cut!

All you will need for all this, and more in the future is Transfer settlements and what it requires! This first build will never include mods or other dlc content!
In the future, when I do some more building at Vault 88, they will be mod and other dlc builds and will be in the optional files section, so keep an eye out!
