Important infos on 1.1 and apologies
The old version of the main mod (1.1) and the OWR Addon used a custom menu. By uninstalling the mod the whole decoration menu vanishes. The new files don't use a custom menu anymore, but for users of the old files the problem still exists. I apologize for that grave mistake. You have all reason to be angry and even abandon this mod.
