Young Cecil is a proud gunner taking stuff from poor settlers enjoying his life until he realizes when the gunners harassed an old man unable to fight back so he quits and meets a raider girl named Mika eventually joining a raider gang known as the crooks led by a British leader named Joeseph who ends up betraying them both by having Mika killed by telling the people of diamond city that Mika was a synth
