This New Yorker is highly interested in keeping an eye on how the progress with this goes! I've been wanting to see how the city would be like in the world of Fallout and holy hell, you've got an incredible thing going here by the looks of it! Good luck with the mod! I'll be sure to keep my eye on this one!
I can't run when entering this worldspace, can only walk. Tried both the door and entering through the console. I used the coc command to entire the Empire State Building and can run in there. Exiting out of the building results in CTD. Don't know about any other interiors as I couldn't find them for the console and don't plan on walking around very slowly to find out.
