      He is supposed to grow with you as you level. I encountered a bug while making him that he did no damage in combat. Him being level 5 is a workaround until I can figure out how to better deal with the bug.

      Recruitable now. Can Send Home and Rehire without issue. He's either really weak or bugged out for me as he wasn't doing any damage to the ambush feral ghoul in the warehouse behind the Protectron at Wicked Fleet Shipping. Other than that, fun little companion. Thanks for the quickfix.
