It's "Face12" in the character creator. I don't think I made any changes other than the skin color. She was kind of a throwaway I made just to show off the eyes so I don't think I ever saved a preset of her.
Figured it out. Looks much better now. I've now given them a very subtle glow similar to what was seen in Skyrim. You won't really notice it during the day but definitely during the night :)
Yes. These work even once your character's already been created. Either visit the surgeon guy in Diamond City or open the console command (press the ~ key) and type in "slm 14", which will open up the character edit (slm 14 can be a bit buggy however, so make sure you're in 3rd person view before opening it).
I can't be the only person who wanted to bring a Skyrim vampire into Fallout 4,
I'd reaaaallly love to someone make a mod for that polished it to a T , to almost exact duplicate of skyrim, I had a lot of fun being a vamp in skyrim and a thief ...
Tested on a female character, the eyes with a pupil are non-existent (just black holes instead of eyes). The one without a pupil however did show up, got into position with the glowing effect working for the iris, but with purple sclera :/ (I did notice one thing when going through the folders, that you wrote "Characters" instead of "Character" in the "Textures" folder for the glowing eyes, I did try to move it but ended up with blank orange glowing eyes :P)
ps. you could download Illusive Man's Eyes by Crimsomrider to see if there's something you missed and/or how Crim did it. (just a suggestion)
It was an issue with the .esp file and not any of the folders. I've fixed it (again XD) and tested it on Nora. Seems to be working. I've re-uploaded it, though since I changed "characters" to "character" in the texture folder I suggest a fresh reinstall of the mod so that everything's in the right place.
Nice, now it works beautifully :D (a bit weird though when the eyes disappears when having them selected in surgery and then reappears when when not, but I don't think that's something to be worried about. It's when having the glowing eyes on)
Here's hoping you can figure out how to get 'em glowing in the future, it would really make them 'pop' and just add that fiery appearance that was so alluring about the source material.
Weird. When i see these 2 Eyes in my Eye List and go over them, nothing happens. Like the Textures didnt get applied, even tho i pasted both into the Data Folder, ESP and Textures. Any ideas?

Also I couldn't help but be captivated by the 1st image of that female's face, do you happen to be able to share the preset?

I don't know how to do it by console command. Please help.
Much thanks

edit: I hope you don't mind, but I've added an image of my personal character using the eyes.
