This is an updated version of Archerdown's The Mercenary Pack patch. I am uploading this with Archerdown's permission.
This patch uses assets from ArcherDown's patch as well as the original assests from the Mercenary Pack, so ArcherDown's patch is still required to be installed along with this patch. The aim of this patch is to fully balance the Mercenary Pack with Horizon and resolve some inconsistencies.
The main concerns I had with the Horizon patch are the following:
-Underhelmets receiving Horizon helmet upgrades. You could also equip a helmet with them, receiving double upgrades.
-I wanted Balaclavas to receive mask upgrades, making them a viable option for something to wear.
-I felt some of the gear had too high of a value and gave too much defense, so I tried to balance things in the same vision as the rest of my patches.
-There were a couple missing keywords for upgrades and some missing names of some items.
I am not finished with things yet but I think the patch is in a better place. Archerdown did a great job and I just wanted to complete his masterpiece of a patch. I think its important to release this upgrade given how popular his patch has become.
