actually the outside isn't cleaned but there's a good chance that's from another mod overwriting it. even if it is this mod's fault, the insides are good enough.
I am not sure if this has been ask but does your mod conflict with Dimond City Expansion mod from Statsmakten? I find the other locations add more life to the city.
I don't really know if it works or not. As I have only used base in game objects to edit the location, I don't imagine there being any conflicts though some things my not look right as the trash has been removed from the entire city. I do however plan to add more things to diamond city at a later point so this will likely not be compatible in future edits.
That many guards outside the wall is overkill in my opinion. You can give the "guarded" look with some barricades and a checkpoint at the entrance. The city looks a bit weird and empty but I will take it over the piece of s*** look of old DC. I don't know why they thought filling the empty space with trash instead of actual "things" was a good idea. This kind of mod can be improved with some additions but that is out of the scope of a clean up and maybe you want to do some other stuff. Appreciate the complete and continued mod series.
I agree with you about the guards outside. When I was adding them I had intended on moving some of them up on to the wall. I am still going to do that. It will be updated when I add it to the combined mod. That will be ready soon. Also I do plan to add things at a later point as I described in the description. The clean up was just the first phase with this location.
Missed the future part in the description, sorry Are you planning on fixing up Vault 88 at some point? There are a number of mods that try to clean up and/or reshape the settlement but they do too little or too much.
I do plan to work on vault 88. As it turns out I have begun working on the settlements so Vault 88 will be worked on soon. I plan to begin releasing settlements soon as I have begun working on several of them already. Sanctuary will end up being the last one to be released though because I have a lot of work to do here as I plan to basically rebuild it almost from scratch. That is going to take quite some time. In the mean time I will be working on some of the smaller, easier ones to be able to release while I work on that. As for Vault 88, that one requires a lot of work too but I don't think it will need as much work as Sanctuary. Stay tuned for the eminent releases.
