finally got a couple hrs free to post .. look for 500slr Weapons and will find this one .. will probably add the mateba here also (done finally with it in blender and got the vash barrel rework to fit to your rcvr ok) once get it thru the ck hurdles.
the weapon is up in the Colonial Marines - A Wasteland Adventure mod ... made it a special in it. Will release it separately Sunday or Monday, depending on time available, for those that want to play with it or just want it only (is a complete mod).
Posted an image of the receiver that redid .. animation tried did not work YET .. so moved the side grip forward and in and in game hold the bottom of th weapon .. if ever finish figuring out armatures in blender and how to tie back to FO4 will bring it back where u had it ... will be up in our CM mod hopefully this weekend.
When I think of a Machine Gun for a Giant Metal Machine that Blows Crap Up.I think of the MMP-78, a 120mm Machine Gun/Mech size Assault Riffle basically that fires a 120mm Projectile down field.Unlike the normal ZMP-50 the MMP-78 is a beast looks similar but it considerably more powerful of a weapon.Where as the normal ZMP-50 fired a short cartridge, low primer 120mm projectile similar to a SMG but Mech size, the MMP-78 was more of an Assault Rifle, designed to be more powerful to compete with the Federation's new Mobile Suits, only to be a weapon that existed to fight an enemy that didn't exist, as lunatitanium was only used on a small number of EFSF mobile suits in the end. I was glad that Gundam 0081 on the PS3 made the MMP-78 the 2nd most powerful machine gun in the game, second only to the GM Rifle (For the RGM-79N series)

Posted a conversion of this resource over in the misc section of the JMS Weapon Conversions mod ... it is called well Zaku. Contains the meshes, the textures used to map to the mesh and a mostly complete esp. Only thing not done in the esp is placement of the weapon and holotape (this allows u to build the weapon). Figure is someone is gonna use and redo then i'd leave it up to them to place, but if wanted can place and release with some notes so would be a complete mod.

feel free to take it and add to it if u want to put your own version up ... I made it fit my mods but I am sure u can take it another step if want. As time permits will be converting some more of your work as u make it easy to subdivide the mesh in blender and then make parts for it ..

Testing now in upcoming Colonial Marines mod so tis close ... will put up a standalone in JMS weapon Conversions after test the grip and how looks when held.
well tested and is perfect if have a gundam suit of armor .. had to cut it down by 30% size wise and readjust the attachments .. now just have an isue with not firing in 1st person .. works fine in 3rd .. tis animations not working so gotta play with it some more. Gave it 175mm bullets (that is what found online as ammo being used). Posted in game image of it for u to look at and approve if want to show here.
EDIT - working .. grip needs special animation but works close right now as does the reload animation for the drum mags .. so will be avail shortly.
Have done the UV map and all in blender and posted a couple images of the weapon in nifskope (needs approval to be posted here) .. will be adding into the CK this week. Folks might not like the look but unfamiliar with the weapon so just did what looked nice to me. All the parts are done also and hopefully can find a nice template in FO4 to use to get into the game ... will probably paste into my JMS Weapon Conversions mod as a stand alone for now and add into the total mod later ...
appreciate but if want diff look tis not hard to change around in nifskope now that have it uv map'd ... will probably give it another look when mod it in the game ... again not familiar with the weapon so may not be in line with lore ... but easy to fix once have it rigged and all in the game.
