      Forgot what exact # the pose in #4 is, but you can just fiddle around with the mod and see for yourself. Hope this helps.

   What's the tire shoulder armor from?

      The armor mod is the NCR Ranger Veteran Armor.
      
      The shoulder armor is just a modification of that. I believe the modifications name is just Raider Torso or something.
