The latest version of this mod overhauls the quest completion trigger so that it be so hard to hit when retrieving the weapon. In order to achieve this i had to rebuild the entire quest. You will most likely need to do a clean install of the mod if you experience any problems after the update as redoing the quest has changed the IDs of all entries in the .esp
Introduction
Welcome to weapon number 17 of my New Vegas Uniques Recreated series. In this series i will recreate some of my favorite unique New vegas weapons. As basis for the weapons i will use Fallout 4 weapons as i do not have very good modelling skills. As a result of using Fallout 4 weapons as a base some of these will look different from their original counterparts but i will aim to keep them as close as possible. Each of these weapons will come with a Creation Club like mini quest to pinpoint you to the location so you do not need to search aimlessly. If the weapon is in the hands of a enemy, it will be an enemy that is easy to distinquish from the rest. Unlike in New Vegas, each weapon is also moddable. Lastly, i have tried to keep the weapon stats as correct as possible. Hope you enjoy these recreations and don't be afraid to comment if you find something off in them or would like to suggest updates.
Description
Fist of all, HUGE thank you to Halvaar, Robtest and Nonow for the original Mysterious Magnum and for allowing me to use their assets for this release. This time im bringing my version of the Mysterious Magnum. The Mysterious Magnum is a .44 Magnum revolver that plays the Mysterious Stranger's theme whenever it is drawn or holstered.
The Weapon
This revolver features a silver finish with intricate engravings etched all around the weapon, a pearlescent grip and higher damage. It also randomly plays one of the three new Mysterious Stranger themes when drawn or holstered.
IMPORTANT NOTICE!
Currently the theme when drawn or holstered is played only in 1st Person. This is due to the decision to attach the audio files to the animations. Because they did this, attaching a sound file to the weapon through the CK affects only 1st Person and 3rd Person still relies on the animations. I currently do not have the tools or the skills to edit animations nor attach them to the weapon.

NOTE I always suggest you do a clean install when you download updates from me, clean install ensures your mod works as i always test mine from a clean install and i rarely find bugs that way. If you just install this on top of the old something could collide.
