I will look into it right now, but usually crashes are from using the wrong version of awkcr...don't use 4.0. Use version 3.2 (the one with like 700k downloads)
I figured it out. For some reason it didnt like my download of Niero's texture pack. I reinstalled the textures and it works now. Sorry for the false alarm.
Ah I see! Whew glad you figured it out, I hate it when stuff makes someones game crash.
The only other time ive seen crashes in the tech lab is when Ive been mucking about with things.......if you try to make something craftable that has a "Featured" tag attached to it (featured items make the screen pause and have the item pop up on your screen) it will crash your game....err....not that you cared to know this...but there ya go. hahaha....
hey was curious if you did the armor CROSS_Courser Strigidae ( https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/28009 ) somewhere or another guy did it for horizon ? i tryed to find it but sometimes patch for armor are on generique mods page x) Edit : is not a request i dont want you to work too much xD just if no one did it i will pick this one is ok for me :p
Its been done by archer down. Its in his one of his pages...but, he gave me permission to edit any of his patches, I would like to adjust some values. I just need to find the time! But for sure, I would love to use those mods when I play, so I would love to go through his work with a fine tooth comb. (Like I did with his mercenary patch)

Honestly, someone like you thanking me is all it takes! I just enjoy doing this stuff...I knew almost nothing 5 months ago, so its great learning things. Its very therapeutic for me too and quite relaxing... but sometimes I start losing motivation...but someone like you thanking me really encourages me to keep going! :)
Ya, the time spent waiting is good i think. Im giving a lot of patches a once over and its nice to have some extra time before 1.5 is released.
It will probably take me another week or to go through all my patches and ensure they are 100% for 1.5, but it will be worth it in the end...
Armors will be ok, but any small container edits, edits to injestibles and such will need a quick once over!
After that i need to relax and actually play. This has sort of become a third job to me (my work and my son are 1 and 2 hahaha) So i think i need to slow things down soon...
