Lets face it. The "Assault Rifle" in Fallout 4 looks and weighs like a Machine Gun. This mod aims to make several relatively minor changes to turn the "Assault Rifle" into the Machine Gun it should be.
This mod changes: - Renames the "Assault Rifle" to "Machine Gun". - Rechambers the former "Assault Rifle" from 5.56 ammo to .308 ammo. - Adds a new leveled list "LL_ammo_MachineGun" that the Machine Gun uses. This is so that NPC's that spawn with the Machine Gun will have and drop the proper ammo for it (.308), rather than the now incorrect 5.56. - Buffs the Machine Gun's per shot base damage from the former 32 to 37. This is so that it's the same as the hunting rifle, the other base game gun that uses .308 ammo.
Possible Conflicts: This mod may conflict with any other mod that changes the base game "Assault Rifle".

- IPA Extension Patches https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/30833 Some patches to extend TheTalkieToaster's "Damage Threshhold" to some common mod power armors. Such as the Enclave X-02, and the Tesla X-01. Complements The TalkieToaster's mod "Impervious Power Armor", which applies Damage Threshhold to the vanilla power armors.
