There are lot's and lot's of Moscow's around the world, only one is the capital of Russia though. But did you know there is a village in Scotland called Moscow with a stream called The Volga that run's through it. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Moscow,_East_Ayrshire And of course in the US alone there are MORE than 20 town's also called Moscow many undoubtedly founded by Russian migrant's to the US when it was the land of opportunity.
Wow, that is really incredible! The level of detail is impressive. I watched the video, a-and i-t in-de-ed w-was a b-it ch-o-ppy! How can you tell how many items are in your settlement? i've done up Sanctuary a la Bladerunner, and I went pretty crazy with the neon and built pretty much every inch of the place. I'd like to figure out how many items I used, although it would be way less than New Moscow.
The mod used to share settlements with others is called Transfer Settlements; what it does is scan your settlement and every item inside it and stores it as a blueprint. When it starts exporting/importing a settlement it says hows many individual items are going to be exported/imported. Give it a shot and possibly upload your settlement on Nexus, I am a fan of Bladerunner and would love to check it out.
Thx. That sounds a bit complicated for this old Luddite, but if you want to see some pics, I uploaded a few pics here onto Snappy Housekits' page and also Not Your Average Neon's page. Also Beth.net's Fallout 4 messageboard General Discussion under "Show Us Your Settlements."
04/03 Update - All screenshots have captions now, and I reorganized the mod requirements into three sections - necessary, recommended and optional. You could download just the necessary mods and get 99% of the experience.
For those of you worried about performance, feel free to look at my video tour to get a general idea on the FPS you should be expecting. Keep in mind that the video recording software contributes to a ~10% FPS loss.
I have a fairly large sactuary myself on about 4000 items, and that could even drop my fps quite abit. but I guess that's because of trueshadows and enb and all that, but a question, how many workers is this made for?
@WardenAI - There are 305 beds total and enough assignable jobs/markers for 120 people. Since the game engine has a limit of 128 assigned resources, any more would not work. I use a mod that gives food/water/defense from one item, so that I can have settlers assigned to markers rather than just farming.
@Fyrcynn Well I put “lower end PCs beware” in the description because I wanted to give people a heads up. I’m sure someone with a 8700k and a 1080Ti will be able to get decent FPS on 1080p/Low. I know not everyone has a high end PC but I imagine that 720p on low could be managed with a GTX 1060.
If you have to put low quality in just to get one settlement not to crash or bring your game to a standstill then it should be kept in Civilization games but not an action RPG which was clearly not designed to carry such plans. And it looks way too advanced for a post nuclear world which Fallout universe is in, so it's not just overtaxing, it's also lore unfriendly.
And we didn't even count the ENB in yet. If you use one of the more resource hungry presets, that'll just makes this settlement even more of an FPS kill.
@Fyrcynn Whats the point? You went from going at the creator because your comp cant handle it, than you went to nagging its not lore friendly and than about it killing fps again. You dont like the mod, we get it lmao but what are you hoping to accomplish? Your not going to bully the person into removing the mod and anyone who wouldn't be interested would have been dissuaded from downloading just by looking at the mod or reading their description. You've made your feelings clear, why are you still posting?
@Hellexis Ive begun downloading the mods to get this working perfectly and cant wait till its ready. I love the lore you wrote and I really cant wait to get started!
darn :( It's "THAT" Moscow. No one ever does the good one.
Crazy job man; seriously over the top. The apparent attention to detail in you pictures is amazing. I may have to adjust my mod load-out to get the requirements and give this baby a shot.
I do regret having such a long mod list, but I wanted to have the most assets I could have when building. You could lighten the load by not downloading some secondary mods - clothing rack mod, poster mod, etc:
Please, no apology needed. It looks amazing, and it can't hurt my save games, any worse than I already have, to modify my load order. Your list of mods isn't that bad, it's just that I don't have a lot of them. So, no worries.
This blueprint is going cripple any rig. The game just can not handle a blueprint with 32,000+ items. That why Bethesda place a limit on settlement sizes. Fallout 4 does not play well when people go over the settlement limit build.

Don't like a mod?
Don't comment or download it and keep walking.
Not the modders fault your rig can't handle this work of art.
Another day on the nexus, another entitled tw@t . What else is new.
Good day.
Another day on Nexus, another wannabe white knight. What else is new.
