Yes, it would. ALL mods disable achievements... Unless you are on the PC and get a mod to re-enable achievements, something not allowed on the consoles. That's why I will never play moddable games on the consoles because, seriously if I can type in a code and give myself all the achievements (I've not done this, though I've accidentally gotten a few when I got mad at a game bug and put the command to complete all quests into the console... LMAO seriously, if you are on the PC do not under any circumstances enter that code into the console...) then why do I need to not be able to get achievements just because I downloaded a purely cosmetic mod?
This is a standalone. I peeked at the mod's files and there's one in-game somewhere at Starlight Drive-In. Also, can craft at chem station. To use it as a replacer, you'll need to extract Mobius' archive and rename the files and folders to line up with the existing one in the game files
