About this mod

This Enb/Reshade/tutorial will create a overwhelming vibrant landscape throughout the commonwealth of Fallout 4.

Requirements
Permissions and credits
PLEASE FOLLOW ALL INSTRUCTIONS OR THIS WILL NOT LOOK LIKE THE PICTURES PROVIDED.

Ever wanted your eyes to explode from your head while playing Fallout 4? Maybe you just wanted to go back in time to the 80s? Whatever your intentions may be, this is the ENB/RESHADE/TUTORIAL FOR YOU!

WARNING
This is incompatible with any weather mods besides the one provided. The files I provide will freeze the weather on the one weather needed for this to work, and will NOT switch to any other weather. Also nights will be pretty much pitch black. I recommend a flashlight mod.

HOW TO INSTALL
Ok, so to get it looking like the photos provided, you need to download a couple of other mods and enbs, and then download my reshade preset afterwards.

I RECOMMEND USING NMM

First things first, you need "NAC - Natural and Atmospheric Commonwealth"
Available here, Install that:
https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/7657/
Install it as it says to on that mod's page

Secondly, you need to download The ENB FILES from here:
http://enbdev.com/download_mod_fallout4.htm
Drag only the two files: "d3d11.dll" and d3dcompiler_46e.dll" to the main root folder of the game (The one with the fallout4.exe)

Thirdly, you need "CFL ENB - Cinematic Film Looks"
available here:
https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/20289
Install it as it says to on that mod's page

And then Fourthly, you need to download my file/preset in the files section, (or just click here):
https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/30737?tab=files
and extract everything to the MAIN ROOT FOLDER OF THE GAME (The one with the fallout4.exe) Overwrite anything in there.

AND LASTLY, You need to make sure the "MidnightCosmicBowling.esp" is activated and last in the load order

This part is optional, but if you want it to look like my pics please install them:
Go download and install "Vivid Fallout" here:
https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/25714/

Then install "Another Green Mod" here:
https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/29873

Then install wetness shader fix, level 1 or 2 is good when installing.
https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/23389/

NOW THE IMPORTANT PART
Following these instruction, you can get it to look like the pictures:

  • Ok, so when in-game, you need to open up the NAC holotape (If you don't have it, it can be crafted from a science bench for free)
  • Then, you need to press the option that says: "RESET ALL SETTINGS" (This will disable all the features of NAC, I know it seems counteractive, but bare with me, it's needed to work.)
  • Then close the pipboy when it finishes (text will be at the bottom, wait for that.)
  • Open the pipboy again, load the holotape again, then click on "weathers", then "Select Weathers" then click on "foggy", then click on "misty". (You don't have to do this part, you could just wait for the weather to change by it self, but it's quicker just to do this)
  • Now it will always be this weather forever by itself (my file will stop it changing to anything else) to keep this look. Sorry if you liked weathers but this has to keep this same weather forever for this to work.

  • Now, press the "END" Key on your keyboard, a window will pop up (Make sure to press the console key: ~ so you can click on the options, or open up your pipboy) click on ENBEFFECTPOSTPASS.FX, and more things should open up. Then click on the drop down box next to "TECHNIQUE" (it should be the first one on the list) then select Earthen Cold. THEN press the "save Configuration button" on the left hand side. Now you can press the 'END' key again to close it.

You might also have to configure the reshade, but probably not. Hold Shift + F2 and make sure the check boxes are on
THAT'S IT. IT SHOULD BE ALL DONE!

The time in the pictures is at 1:45 pm (IN-GAME TIME), if you want to see it looking like the pictures the best.
I also have some texture mods: Vivid Fallout installed. and I RECOMMENDED to install Another Green Mod
