Version 1
1 - Initial Release
I wanted to use Mogomra's Home Plate Overhaul to make Home Plate a little better, but I also wanted it to function as a full settlement. I really liked Home Plate Workshop Settlement by DavidTheFalcon for that, but when loading up everything, I realized they did not like each other. Home Plate Workshop Settlement wants to be below Mogomra's Home Plate Overhaul in the load order, but the overhaul wants to be last in the load order. So, I figured I'd load up both mods in FO4Edit to make a patch.
The only issue I've seen with it is the same issue that some people have with Home Plate Workshop Settlement. When you assign Home Plate to a supply line, sometimes the provisioner's Brahmin comes in the house, too. This was supposedly fixed in Home Plate Workshop Settlement, because the author put a trough outside Home Plate, but it doesn't seem to be working correctly. If anyone knows what I can do to fix it, please let me know.
Another issue that I saw people having with Home Plate Workshop Settlement, is that they would get attacked. I looked into it, and the flag for being able to be attacked is set to off in both my patch, as well as Home Plate Workshop Settlement. I've also spent a decent amount of time in game with both these mods and my patch running and have not had any issues with attacks, but let me know if you are experiencing that issue.
As for the load order, let LOOT sort the mods however it's going to sort them (or however you do it manually), then move Mogomra's Home Plate Overhaul second to last and my patch after that. I set some flags in LOOT for requirements and load order, but I don't know if it actually saves it to the plugin itself, or if it's metadata that saves somewhere else to be read by LOOT...if someone could let me know how that works as well, that'd be great...lol
