I believe the duster is located just southwest of vault 111. There is a small shack-like thing with a rail sign. I haven't downloaded this mod tho and this is just what I assumed from reading the desc.
For anyone still wondering about the invisible boots, this mod conflicts with SavrenX HD Vanilla Armors. I would very much like to use both mods, but I am a modding brainlet and haven't been able to find a solution yet. I've messaged the uploader of this mod, but he never responded.
I just wanted to pop in and say that, over many, many playthroughs, half playthroughs and experimentations, I have tried out a whole lot of clothing, armor and outfit mods. I only recently found my way to this one and it is one of my favorites. Perhaps at the top of the list. It references New Vegas and, in my opinion, improves the look and feel of the outfit. You can even improve it with weaves. I love this mod, my friend. Thank you!

Any chance someone could make a logo less version? It would be similar to the Courier Outfit by decrepithawk (https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/44002). EDIT: Hm... never mind, outfit idea didn't work out like I thought it would.
