My general philosophy is that when you build something, the first thing you do is prepare the site - and if it ain't ground, it's gone. You'll find that with all my builds.
Thanks - I appreciate it. I'm not sure, to be honest. Obviously, I had builds for all the settlements just by virtue of playing the game - but there's not many I would call "finished", or in a state suitable for publishing.
I hate decorating. I hate landscaping. So my builds tend to have what they need and nothing else. As time goes by, and I get bored, I'll probably wind up fleshing out a few things and publish more. There's one or two more that could be finished relatively quickly, but I guess it'll depend on how bored I am
I understand wanting to finish the outher settlements but you could still publish them as empty or light and let who ever downloads them finish them them selfs to suit their owen personel taste and play style
That's true - but to be honest, it's an ego thing. I've been a professional programmer since the mid-80s - and it offends me to "show off" something that's incomplete or badly done. I don't care if people don't like the style, or my approach - but I DO mind releasing something that looks unfinished or half-done.
In any case, I can guarantee you that in ANYTHING I release, the only things that will be in the bedrooms will be ......... ummmmmm ...... beds. (Did I mention I hate to decorate?). So you'll still have plenty to do if the urge strikes you :)
In any case, I'm trying to get Egret Tours Marina ready - it's also an institute build, and after that, probably County Crossing, which is similar to my Dalton Farm build.
Ya I can under stand the Ego thing and not wanting to reless anything unless you feel it's comeplet. that said do you plan on relessing or can I make a request for Sanctuary Hills, Red Rocket Station, OberLand Station, Gray Garden and Starlight Drive in?
The light green grass textures come from the SOE mod, in the institute set. The darker green are garden plots from the Ground mod. The plants are the normal food plants (corn, mutfruit, etc).

If you're referring to the general scenery, I use FO4 Seasons - Spring. You can get it here:

I highly recommend it.
