Gone back to Starlight and built a walled in community using Easy Homebuilder and Working Double Beds (Rebuild your Sanctuary) by Hozsa, Office and Store Buildings (Clean Buildings) by Hozsa and Flat and Tidy Starlight Drive uploaded by worldgonwmad1.

What I did
I first installed Flat and Tidy Starlight Drive uploaded by worldgonwmad1 and set about clearing it up further, I deleted all the excess trees, decor and even the cat and his bowl, until I was left with the wall and lamps.
I then built a Community inside the wall using Easy Homebuilder and Working Double Beds (Rebuild your Sanctuary) and Office and Store Buildings by Hozsaand added a couple of decoration pieces fromHomemaker - Expanded Settlements by NovaCoru and Settlement Objects Expansion pack by ccmads.
So what do you get?
- A walled in Settlement at Starlight.
- Five two storey houses. (Empty and ready for decor)
- Four stores to use as you please. (Empty and ready for decor)
- Two further stores to use as maybe a security hut/barber shop or anything you choose. (Empty and ready for decor)
- A bar/restaurant/hotel style building. (Empty and ready for decor)
- A shed for the workbench.
- A large Church building. (Empty and ready for decor)
- An even larger Spa building with rooms upstairs. (Empty and ready for decor)
- Some statues that are strategically placed over the wet patches :).
- A flat courtyard to add to.
How do you get it?
1. Make sure you have all the requirements downloaded and installed, except Flat and Tidy Starlight Drive uploaded by worldgonwmad1
2. Travel to Starlight Drive In and scrap everything using the 'scrapall' command (everything must be deleted), save your game before scrapping anything.
3. Install Flat and Tidy Starlight Drive uploaded by worldgonwmad1(You do not have to delete everything but make sure you delete the plynth and lamp (where the church will go) from the inside, I deleted everything except the wall and lamps, but the choice is yours.
4. Import this blueprint and your done, now get decorating.
All the buildings are fully navmeshed and ready for furniture/decoration and can be moved around or scrapped, use all or just some of the buildings, the choice is yours.
Someone has said that the buildings look plastic from the pictures, I am not sure how they would look on different set ups but I am happy with how they look on mine, the pictures are not the only or the greatest way to judge the build, but remember you can change any or all of the buildings and even replace them with the dirty versions.
Installation :
You should have F4SE, HUDFramework, and Transfer Settlements installed.
For F4SE don't forget to copy [Data] and 3 main files in Fallout 4 directory. You dont need [src] directory.
Manual Install Instructions:
Download and unzip to C:\Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/Fallout
4/data/f4se/Plugins/TransferSettlements/blueprints/??/ (Paste desired
.json file to empty slot)
I may upload a fully decorated version if enough people want it.
