      perhaps your mod installer didn't put the archive files in properly? i'd suggest uninstall/reinstall, or a manual installation if that doesn't work.

   IMO this makes more sense in the FO lore than having MM as a human with psychic abilities based around her jet addiction. According to lore, The Master was the first to develop psychic abilities after being exposed to the FEV which is also the same virus that created the super mutants. Too bad Bethesda doesn't seem to care about lore or developing it to make sense in the FO universe. Thanks for the mod!

      There's an NPC in FO:NV (The best game in the series) named "The Forecaster" or something he is located near Veronica. Anyway he has an ability that allows him to be a Psychic and can tell the future also he ain't a Mutant
