EDIT: I removed all CC or CS files and data from the /DATA folder since Fallout London and some other mods I use conflict with Creation mods from Bethesda. The exact name escapes me as I don't even use the "free" ones.
Only thing i would want is that the Holotape Would not be so damn far down the list, and just at the start, else its just fine. I did try the "Rename Anything", which did not work, since i cant see the tape, not even when i craft a new one.
I store holotapes that are no longer necessary inside of one of my homes. This way, the ones that remain in my list are usually the ones that pertain to currently incomplete quests or the area that I am currently exploring, thus making my list shorter.
Oh my, in all my years playing this game, I never once thought about doing this and I always complained to myself about how annoying it is to find that new holotape you just looted but did not look at the title.
Anyways, can confirm that this still works fine on simple downgraded FO4.
Currently have the Rename Anything loading BEFORE the Settlement management software v.2. Rename anything is the 'whatsyourname.esl' and this mod is 'mso.sms.esl'
Then go to the chemistry station and make a holotape. There are 2.. one just reads "settlement management software". Scroll down until you see "Settlement Management Software v2". Can confirm it works with NGU.
This mod works with the NGU. The original SMS mod didn't work for me, so I tried this mod and it works. I installed it with Vortex, no issue, holotape was added to my inventory. Finally got to clean up my caravan routes and unassigned settlers. Lifesaver!
Some beds keep listed as being unsheltered no matter what you do, also checking with the console "getav 334" command will actually say they are sheltered. Maybe it has something to do with the new update.
In the end I fixed it by just getting a small mod called ShelteredBeds - I see it more as a QOL mod as the bed situation is just buggy.
Any reason why Oberland Station would show up as Not A Valid Settlement? I don't have (to my knowledge, at least) any mods that affect the location, tho I did use Scrap Everything to get rid of the tower. Could that have caused an issue?
Saw your question - I don't have an answer for you, but I do have the same issue occurring intermittently with Oberland and a couple of other locations (as does my friend who also plays). We are both (currently) using the original mod rather than this updated version. While I don't know why, I have found if you look under the other settlements, you can find Oberland listed again with the right number of settlers and can manage the settlement from there. Hope you're still playing :)
I can't seem to get the spawn attack points to work via a terminal. I click on the option to mark attack points, it looks like it goes through the motions (it'll give me the option to unmark them as well) but i can't see them on my pipboy or on the actual screen. Any ideas on what's going on here?
