There is a compass in there. If you're asking to get a full compass (with markers, etc.) I don't think I'd do it. This preset is supposed to be as small as possible (I know, the ammo counter could be smaller, but I like it that way), but still having everything you need. I like to play with the compass being really just a compass. I look at the map for directions and during gameplay I only have that. Pretty much like you would use a real compass. If I need to check my position I just open the map real quick. So, sorry to disappoint you. Feel free to take my preset and alter the compass to your liking, though. ;)
Oh, I forgot to mention that. Thanks for the reminder ;) Two posts below you find the a short explanation on how to customise your HUD. Just look for the hit indicator in the middle. Hope this helps :)
I'm not sure what exactly you mean. If you want to change the size of a particular HUD element, go into your Data/Interface folder and start the "HUDMenuSet.exe" there. Inside that program you can press "R" while hovering over an element to see, how you can change different aspects of the HUD elements. When you're done, just press "Ctrl"+"S" to save (save into the "DEF_CONF" folder) your work. It's really that easy to create your own preset, If you have the patience.
Thank you for this! Had the popular Def_UI "Clean" Preset before, but this one has that extra compactness and style I like a lot. Thumbs up and endorsed! ^^
Thank you! Glad you like it! I tried that one, too. A lot of the presets on the Nexus have some part that I like and after playing around with a few and changing stuff in the settings I decided to compile all that into my "own" preset.
