If the foundations wont go you must not have Scrap Everything or Clean and Simple- Sanctuary Start up by Jenncave set up correctly, this could also be the reason the houses are not showing up, this is the first time I have heard that issue so may not be 100% accurate. Remember to follow Transfer settlement instructions and allow for the settlement to settle properly as well.
Sorry I have the same problem 3 of the foundations wouldn't scrap , all the normal houses build up ok except the Stores and to players Home don't show up and some of the doors or not connected to the houses thy out in the open, there was tears on the ground and dirt still going tough the road but found out it was The Sanctuary Bridge Mod causing the problem , i uninstalled it now the ground looks fine, just need the other building to show up in your mod and I'm good to go , great mod by the way looking foreword to using it.
Just curious i have downloaded this mod including all the requirements, and i am still unable to use this mod, deleted all the houses everything. The blueprint doesn't show in transfer settlements.
Download file manually copy and paste .json file in to your desired desired empty slot. Really apologise for the inconvenience, but it will work perfectly fine then, have made the file manual download only.
Sanctuary - Reworked roads and Realistic Sanctuary Roads post and prewar black (it is in the requirements drop down list), I think the black just gives it something different.
It's quite obvious it's a blueprint. I mean, how much more obvious could it be it requires Transfer Settlements and it's in the "Transfer Settlement Blueprint" section. If those 2 things aren't enough of a clue then I don't know what is.
well that reply was a little rude. It was just a helpful suggestion that I don't think anyone would disagree with. Saying it's a blueprint would be mightily helpful for people.

Apologies that is now done, though if you go and look at the transfer settlement blueprint category you will see that a large number of blueprints do not have it in their title, as it is clearly identified as a transfer settlement blueprint in the category title directly underneath the title, but I do hear what you are saying and have changed the title.

you wouldn't need to guess anything, it's in the transfer settlements blueprints category. the category tells you what it is, so you don't need to guess. that's how categories work. they're like giant clues to a very easy to solve question like "i wonder whats in this category?"
