Heavy weapons in fallout 4 weigh a ton, and the ammo weighs even more. A single missile weighs 7 units, for example.
With this mod a full heavy weapons character gains +20 carry weight. Not overpowered but just enough to counter the absurd weight of heavy weapons, especially in survival mode.
"Thanks to practice and conditioning, heavy guns do 20% more damage and you gain +10 to carry weight."
Optional File reduces the weight of the heaviest ammo in the game
