Oh boi, does it? Well I am trying to get started with modding, and am creating these mods more for myself, not really checking whether it exists or not. Just sharing what I come up with you know.
Yes, ImmortalForeverNow is full of it - this mod does not already exist - the mod they mention does boost killer weave but does so a very simplistic, different way. Calling this mod the same would be like calling all crappier weather mods the same, or all shack mods the same, etc.
That said, what I instead do is put vanilla killer weave on hats, because 20/20 with a stat bump against synths seems a more acceptable boost for a hat than mk5 ballistic weave (or say, one of these higher modded killer ones). What Bethesda should've done was instead make it a player perk based on synth tech, with Mr Tims giving you schematics/research for better targetting of synths' weak points - or perhaps better tuning of energy weapon frequencies, or some such - "killer weave" seems so lazy an idea.
